Educational Evaluations

Comprehensive assessment of learning, processing, and attention to support educational success and standardized testing accommodations.

Refer for a learning disability or accommodations evaluation when a student or adult experiences ongoing difficulties with reading, writing, math, processing speed, organization, or test performance despite appropriate effort or instruction. Common referral triggers include declining grades, slow work completion, poor standardized test performance, difficulty focusing under timed conditions, or a history of special education or tutoring support.

  • Identification of learning strengths and weaknesses across domains

  • Differential diagnosis of learning disorders and attention or processing issues

  • Documentation supporting academic or standardized-testing accommodations (e.g., extended time, reduced-distraction environment)

  • Tailored recommendations for educational interventions and evidence-based supports

Our Process

  • We review referral questions, academic history, and testing requirements (e.g., school or testing-agency documentation standards). Contact our office by phone or email to begin.

  • Clients or families provide educational records, prior evaluations, report cards, and any Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or 504 Plans.

  • The examinee participates in a clinical interview and completes standardized cognitive, academic, and processing measures. Parent, teacher, or instructor questionnaires are included when appropriate.

  • Findings are integrated into a clear, detailed report summarizing learning profile, diagnostic impressions, and documentation supporting eligibility for accommodations.

  • We review results and recommendations and are available to consult with schools, universities, or testing agencies to facilitate implementation.

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

  • Most evaluations are completed within 4–6 weeks from intake to feedback, depending on complexity and record availability.
