  • Results from standardized instruments (e.g., ADOS‑2, ADI‑R, Social Responsiveness Scale)

  • Cognitive and adaptive functioning profiles

  • Differential diagnosis considerations

  • Evidence‑based recommendations for intervention, educational supports, and community resources

Our Process

  • We receive referral questions, discuss presenting concerns, and determine the appropriate scope of evaluation. Please contact our office by phone or email to initiate the process.

  • Clients, families, or referral sources provide relevant medical, psychological, educational, and developmental history. We may request additional background information or collateral input to ensure a comprehensive understanding.

  • The examinee participates in a clinical interview and completes standardized cognitive, behavioral, and socio-emotional measures tailored to the referral question. When indicated, autism-specific instruments such as the ADOS-2 are administered, and, when possible, two trained observers participate to enhance scoring reliability and diagnostic accuracy. Parent, teacher, and collateral questionnaires are incorporated when appropriate.

  • Item desFindings are synthesized into a clear, comprehensive report that integrates test data, developmental history, behavioral observations, and relevant diagnostic criteria. The report includes individualized recommendations to support educational, medical, or workplace needs.

  • We provide feedback to the client, family, or referring provider, review findings and recommendations, and are available to consult with schools, medical professionals, or other involved parties to support implementation.
