ADHD Evaluations
Comprehensive assessment and tailored recommendations for attention, focus, and executive functioning challenges across the lifespan.
Refer for an ADHD evaluation when a child, adolescent, or adult exhibits persistent difficulties with attention, focus, organization, or impulse control that interfere with daily functioning. Common referral triggers include declining academic or work performance, distractibility, incomplete tasks, forgetfulness, or behavioral concerns noted by educators, physicians, or family members.

Our Process
-
We review referral questions, discuss presenting concerns, and determine the appropriate scope of evaluation. Contact our office by phone or email to begin.
-
Clients or referral sources provide relevant medical, educational, and psychological records. We may request teacher, parent, or supervisor input when appropriate.
-
The examinee participates in a clinical interview and completes standardized measures of attention, executive functioning, and emotional regulation. Parent, teacher, and collateral questionnaires are incorporated to capture functioning across settings.
-
Findings are synthesized into a clear, comprehensive report that integrates test data, collateral input, and diagnostic criteria. The report includes individualized recommendations for academic, occupational, or clinical supports.
-
We review findings with the client, family, or referring provider and are available to consult with educators, physicians, or other professionals involved in ongoing care.
