Referrers provide legal filings, medical and mental‑health records, educational or employment files, and any prior evaluations. We identify additional collateral contacts as needed.

The examinee participates in a structured clinical interview and standardized testing tailored to the referral question.

No, we do not accept insurance. We do provide you with an itemized receipt called a ‘superbill’ that will have all the necessary codes and dates of service for you to submit your plan for possible reimbursement.
